Developing a Performance Lifestyle is tailored to general audiences while Performance Living for Athletes focuses more on achieving improved athletic performance. The key messages are the same: Improve yourself to improve your life. Commit to a life of discipline and consistency. Dream big, work hard, and achieve your goals.
